Welcome to Kaphulika House

Due to the generosity of donors and friends this house has been built with love and a deep feeling for the surrounding environment by the NGO Wildlife Action Group(WAG). This team, work hard to protect, restore and preserve this important landscape and wildlife along with a small but important elephant population that lives here. All income generated through your stay goes directly back into the important conservation work being done here.

 The creation of this special house oozes African chic, mixed with a very homely

comfortable feel. The house is surrounded by towering baobab trees and fits THIS IS A MALAWI EXCLUSIVE

snugly into the surrounding landscape. Kaphulika was built by communities EXPERIENCE, START TO FINISH

living close to the boundaries, utilizing kindly donated antique furniture from AND IN EVERY DETAIL INBETWEEN

friends, beautifully local crafted sofas, lights and tables by artisan, which show

cases Malawian culture and crafts.

Do come and enjoy our hospitality, good food and its tranquility while being

completely emersed and surrounded by nature in the African bush, knowing

the income generated goes directly back in the protection of the forest and its

wildlife.
